Our Construction-Permanent loans have only 1 settlement and the same fixed-rate of interest during the construction phase of the loan. All home loan rates and terms also apply to Construction Loans.
APPLICATION FEE of $409.85 is collected at the time of application which covers the appraisal and credit report.
LOANS ON RENTAL PROPERTIES add ½ percent.
NO SIZE RESTRICTIONS on lot loans.
